We are complying with hygiene guidance, social distancing and other government instructions. Most of our team and now working from home, providing the same level of service you have become used to. 

Delivery Timescales

Because of external restrictions caused by the Coronavirus crisis, orders may take a little longer to be delivered - currently we are averaging 2-6 working days. We will strive to provide you with the best estimate for your delivery date, but cannot guarantee it.

Stock Availability

Currently stock availability is very good as all the new vintages arrived before lockdown, however we do expect our more popular product lines to sell out and with import restrictions in place we don't know when we will be able to re-stock. Current stock levels are up to date on the website, however, wines are selling fast and may run out before we can update.

Self-Isolation

If you are self-isolating please specify this on your delivery instructions. Courier drivers are minimising physical contact between themselves and members of the public and do not demand a signature. They will leave the parcel on your doorstep or porch, notify you, then 'geotag' and 'self sign' their delivery document scanner. 

Please bear with us as we strive to meet all order requirements in the shortest amount of time.

Only call or email if absolutely necessary as answering calls takes our skeleton staff away from fulfilling your orders. If there are issues with your order a member of the team will call or email to let you know.

All our wine deliveries are hand picked and packed in our high specification, courier-safe cardboard boxes, at our dedicated wine facility in London, UK

UK Mainland

BOOBOO-LONDON.WINE works with some of the best wine distribution business such as The Great Wines Direct group to UK Mainland and its Islands verified postal addresses, excluding P.O.Boxes and addresses deemed unsuitable by our delivery department.  

UK Islands

We also deliver to the following non-mainland parts of the UK

 - Isle of Wight

 - Isle of Man

 - Northern Ireland (BT Post Code)

 - Southern Ireland (Eire)

  - Scottish Islands

 - Channel Islands. (Jersey and Guernsey only)

If you are in any doubt please check with us prior to completion of order process, as we retain the right to refuse delivery if we deem necessary.

European and International Deliveries

We deliver to all European destinations and also Internationally.

We are currently UNABLE to ship to the United States due to strict import rulings on alcohol, but we are investigating the possibility of this.

The delivery charge for EU destinations is a flat rate covering from 6 to 30 bottles. Please call for competitive quotes over this amount and for all outside EU requests.

Delivery Charges

AS A STANDARD WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS TO THE UK MAINLAND  

Deliveries are carried out by our partners dedicated drivers or our wine specialist, National Courier company and are usually fulfilled within 1 and 5 working days of order.  

You will be notified via email by the courier company of what day your order will be delivered and also of a tracking number that can be used to track your parcel.

If you are not in when we try to deliver, a card will be left inviting you to call to re-schedule or collect from a local depot to you. 

Please leave any delivery instructions in the 'Special Instructions' area during checkout, such as 'leave wine in shed, porch, with neighbours etc' and we will endeavour to honour your request. 

Saturday deliveries are available depending on size of order and destination. Please call or email before 11.00 am to arrange this.

There is a minimum bottle order quantity of 6 bottles unless stated on the product page.

Returns

BOOBOO-LONDON.WINE and our partners consider your satisfaction with our products and service to be paramount. With this in mind if you are dissatisfied with the purchase you have made or the service you have received, please contact our customer service department on +44 0203 916 0186 Mon - Fri: 9-5  or e-mail wine (at) booboo-london.com.

If you do wish to return any products the order will be treated as a cancellation unless it is for the reason defined below. 

If the product is delivered damaged or the wrong product is sent in error, please contact our customer service department and we will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched as soon as possible and for the damaged/wrong goods to be collected. If that wine is no longer available, we will offer an alternative product or give you the opportunity of a refund.

Cancellations

You may, if you wish for whatever reason, cancel your order. The cancellation period is in line with UK government law. The bottles should remain unopened and intact. You can contact us on on +44 0203 916 0186 Mon - Fri: 9-5 or e-mail wine (at) booboo-london.com.

We will reimburse all monies for the purchase within 40 days from the date you notify us of the cancellation. The wines will be returned to us at the customers cost. If the wines are not returned by the customer we will arrange collection and the collection cost will be deducted from your refund. Failure to return the wines, or make available for collection, will place the customer in breach of a statutory duty.

If you cancel an order you shall be under a duty to restore the wines to BOOBOO-LONDON.WINE’s distribution centre in London. You must retain and store the wines in good condition until we can arrange collection and the cost of collection will be deducted from your refund.

If you fail to make the goods available for collection within 21 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the current price set out on the BOOBOO-LONDON.WINE web site.
